What is Climate Team at Mitchell Middle about:

The Mitchell Middle School Climate Team brings staff, students, and parents together monthly to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment where every member of our school community feels supported and valued. 

Driven by a shared mission to strengthen overall school culture, our collaborative group regularly evaluates climate goals and tracks progress using direct feedback from the community. 

Together, we design and host meaningful schoolwide events, positive recognition initiatives, and engagement activities that build strong relationships and elevate daily life at Mitchell. 

As we look to expand our impact, we are actively seeking to grow our team and would love to welcome more parents to join us in making Mitchell an even better place for everyone.
