Wrestling Club

The Wrestling Club offers students an opportunity to explore and develop an interest in the sport of wrestling. Through continued practice, students will learn essential skills and techniques, while also engaging in exciting activities that connect to both wrestling and their Physical Health Education (PHE) classes. In our sessions, we’ll also discuss how health-related and skill-related fitness concepts apply during practice and gameplay, helping students build a deeper understanding of how physical activity supports overall well-being.
